Together with other units within the Information Area, the employees in the unit participate in process work in our management system for business information LVI. The process organization works across units in processes that encompass all issues related to public access to information with the aim of achieving a uniform and efficient handling of these issues, reducing duplication of work, working towards common systems and tool solutions, developing clearer communication and the ability to create clear expectations, as well as facilitating joint planning and management of dependencies.

As a person, you are self-driven with the ability to move your own work forward. You thrive in varied tasks and gain energy from good collaboration within the team. You should have an interest in dialogue and possess good pedagogical skills and an understanding of people's different abilities to absorb knowledge, be flexible, and have the ability to see opportunities in change, as well as being social and collaborative. Furthermore, you work goal-oriented from a holistic perspective with a desire to help and support others.
